Recreation Director in a private community of 3,200 homes was responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a wide range of recreational, social, and cultural programs that promote community engagement and enhance residents' quality of life. Managed the scheduling and use of community facilities such as clubhouses, pools, parks, and fitness centers, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Developed and administer the department's budget, coordinate with staff and vendors, and lead the recruitment and supervision of part-time employees and volunteers. As the Recreation Director I communicated regularly with residents, providing updates on upcoming events and activities while also gathering feedback to improve offerings.
