JER BAILEY
**************@*****.***
June 2025
Through my previous experience and employment history, I believe I would be an ideal candidate for this position. I have been in a supervisory role for 9 years, I have worked independently and with teams of all sizes. I enjoy working independently as well as with a team; overseeing staff, crisis support, mental health knowledge and awareness, counseling, scheduling, payroll, individualized programming, developing strong bonds and connections with community resources, skills in client transition, and leading committees in and out of an organization. I have developed and adhere to a very high standard of efficiency, organizational and time management skills.
I have legal experience including documentation and have worked with multiple platforms; Teams, Excel, Microsoft, Power Points, Avaya, Telehealth, Foundever. I work well under pressure, and have 20 years’ experience counseling and advocating for families in the Mental Health & Addictions field surrounding violence, victimization, domestic abuse, and homelessness while providing community outreach support for multiple Districts. My hope is to contribute positively to your team and that you will give me the opportunity to show you how I can be more of an asset to the organization. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
JER BAILEY
