Responsible for ensuring that the product development will meet the requirements set by the EPA; Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) limit, or the Maximum Incremental Reactivity (MIR).
Responsible for the development of product formulations, re-formulations and writing the mixing instructions for the compounders.
Wrote the Qualty Assurance Plan’s (QAP’s) on all the testing methods and protocol for adhesives, coatings, and aerosols for the companies product line. .
Soley responsible for approving and or adjusting the chemical contents for the production line as needed to ensure all the customers requirement are met.

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, all raw materials or chemicals, approving or quarantine materials for production.

BACKROUND
Served in the US Army Rangers (Airborne), 82d Airborne Division, and the 10th Mountain Division Light from 1986-2007. While in the Army: Awarded the Bronze Star (OLC), Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Wings, Combat Infantry Badge, and Jungle Expert Patch. Retired in 2007, and after a few years decided to pursue a chemistry degree. Graduated in December 2015 with a 3.2 GPA with a Bachelor of Science / Chemistry. Entered the work force as a chemist since 2016 to present.
