Project 4: Pricing and Discounting Management
CISCO – SanJose, CA (April 2013 - October 2013)
Program Manager for CISCO’s Pricing and Discounting software working Onsite at San Jose, California.
Develop Project plan and traceability matrix for tracking and providing updates to Client. There are Quarterly and Monthly releases which needs constant planning and updates since any slippage will affect the entire delivery of CCW software to production.
Work with Requirements Lead/Manager to align the deliverables for development to start on time. Includes escalations, follow up and getting issues closed.
Work closely with Program Management on schedules and deliverables. Follow up on late entry scopes, sign off and correcting/adjustments the schedules and deliverables.
POC for Go-Live of software in production. Coordinating between SCM, System Admins, Development and QA for smooth upgrade. Sending hourly status to all involved including Cisco Managers and leads during upgrades.
Working with Offshore team in getting the deliverable on time and follow up on issues and status. Have regular meetings to track and align both Onsite and Offshore team.
