Leading a team of 80 people on all aspects of operation including the test lab and Industrialization team.

Maintain the lean manufacturing process including the value stream mapping, Kaizens and continuous process improvements.

Manage the workflow for a production project and ensure efficiency during the process.

Administered and organized day to day activities of production floor to ensure production meet quality standards and stays on schedule.

Monitoring Tack time of the operation and facilitate to improve operations.
