Hankook Tire Manufacturing Tennessee Plant, Clarksville, TN

Responsible for operating a Banbury tire mixer machine as the Main Operator,

overseeing an Assistant Operator. Duties included cutting and loading rubber

blocks onto the weighing conveyor.

Responsible for ensuring the correct amount of material was loaded, the

proper materials were scanned and identified, and the appropriate chemicals

were added.

Monitor graphs and screens to ensure the rubber is mixed correctly,

troubleshoot issues to keep the machine running smoothly, and refill

chemicals as needed.

Maintained accurate production records on the machine and updated a daily

status board; also assisted team members with troubleshooting issues on the

production line.
