As the Site Safety Coordinator for the Dallas Rapid Transit Authority, I completed 2 years of night construction, covering 25 miles of OCS rails with zero loss time or recordable injuries.

I created their Safety Plan, trained their employees, investigated incidents, and assisted in lowering their insurance modifier by a reduction in injuries. Employer is Robert Macias 210-***-****. Facility Safety Manager for Carousel Energy Services:

Created safety plan and trained workers during the construction and startup of the frac sand facility in Poteet, Tx. Completed OSHA & MSHA training of all personnel. Zero lost time incidents. Facility was shut down due to Covid-19 and all personnel were laid off. (NOTE: I was not, nor am I, a Covid-19 infected person).
