ABAP PROJECTS

1. SAP ABAP HR Module – Salary Register System:

Tools/Technologies: SAP ABAP, Module Pool Programming, Report, BDC, SE11, SE91, SE93, Message Class

Description: Developed a complete HR Salary Register system using SAP ABAP to manage employee salary records with full CRUD functionality. The system includes a custom transparent table ZSALREGXX to store employee data such as EMPNO, EMPNAME, DEPTNO, DEPTNAME, and SALARY.

Outcome: Delivered a fully functional and user-friendly Salary Register module integrated with backend validations, BDC data load, and classical reporting for HR operations. 2. SAP ABAP SmartForm – Salary Register Report Generation: Tools/Technologies: SAP ABAP, SmartForms, Text Elements, SE71/SE78, SAP Data Dictionary

Description: Designed and implemented a SmartForm-based Salary Register Report to display employee salary details in a professional printable format. The form fetched data dynamically from the custom Z table (ZSALREGXX) and presented it with proper formatting, totals, and metadata (date, time, username). Outcome: Delivered a complete salary register SmartForm integrated with SAP’s reporting system, enabling users to print structured salary details for all employees with automated metadata and totals.

3: Region-Wise Sales Report:

SAP ABAP Classical Report – Region-wise Sales Summary Tools/Technologies: SAP ABAP, Classical Reports, Internal Tables, ALV, Data Dictionary, Tables: MARA, MAKT, VBAK, ZREGION

Description: Developed a region-wise sales summary report in SAP ABAP using classical reporting techniques. The report provides a detailed material-wise sales breakdown per city and region (North, South, East, West), formatted to include subtotals and grand totals per material and region.

Outcome: Delivered a structured and insightful sales report for business decision-making, enabling stakeholders to track product-wise sales distribution across different regions and cities efficiently.

4. SAP Logo Customization on Initial Screen

Description: Customized the SAP initial login screen by replacing the standard SAP IDES logo with a custom organization-specific logo. Utilized .BMP and .TIFF formats (as .JPG is not supported in SAP) for image compatibility. This enhancement involved uploading the logo via transaction SE78 (SAPScript Graphics Management) and integrating it into the initial screen using enhancement techniques. The project improved branding consistency and user interface personalization.

1.Data Loading and Management in SAP HANA

Designed and implemented a schema in SAP HANA Studio for structured data storage. Granted required authorizations (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, EXECUTE) for schema operations using _SYS_REPO.

Created and imported multiple .CSV files into SAP HANA using the data import feature to populate custom tables.

Defined table structures with appropriate field delimiters, headers, and data types for accurate data mapping.

Worked with transactional data (customer orders, product sales, shipments) and validated records during import.

Optimized schema design and table creation for improved querying and reporting in SAP HANA.
