OBJECTIVE:

Seeking a full-time position as an ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to utilize my extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children and adults in educational and therapeutic settings.

EXPERIENCE:

Over 13 years of experience as an RBT and nearly 20 years working with children and adults with special needs.

Provide 1:1 support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing personalized behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Specialize in ABA therapy, focusing on increasing socially significant behaviors and reducing challenging behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
