May **** – Current - Sr. Director, IT Data Acquisition and Analytics – SCP Health Providing executive leadership in shaping and executing the organization’s data strategy, with a focus on scalable acquisition, integration, and advanced analytics capabilities. I spearhead the development and optimization of enterprise data assets to enable strategic insights and informed decision-making across all business functions. A cornerstone of my role has been the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide Data Governance program, establishing clear ownership, standardized data definitions, quality controls, and compliance mechanisms. This initiative has driven significant improvements in data reliability, transparency, and operational efficiency, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements. Through strong cross-functional partnerships and a forward-thinking approach, I continue to advance a data-first culture that supports long-term innovation and growth.

Ensured data integrity, accessibility, and usability across teams and platforms to drive production workflows and analytical insights. Spearheaded significant cost- reduction initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations and implement automation solutions. These efforts enabled a substantial reduction in general and administrative expenses, including headcount optimization, while successfully managing to a materially constrained budget. 2016 – 2020 - Data Acquisition Manager – SCP Health I led enterprise-wide electronic data acquisition efforts, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, facility leadership, and hospital ownership organizations to establish and manage connectivity for the seamless integration of clinical and demographic (ADT) data. Throughout my tenure, I partnered with the Project Management Office (PMO) to plan, execute, and deliver key system and process enhancement initiatives— consistently completing projects on time and within budget while aligning outcomes with broader organizational objectives.
