Food Service Prepared Meals

I have been involved with food service for over ** years I recently retired from the JD McCarty Center it’s a hospital for children with developmental disabilities I was the head cook I prepared meals for the in patients and staff and for the outpatient who came to the cafeteria to eat. I was in the military for 23 years I trained as a military cook serving on board both ships and ground units I have proficient knowledge of the kitchen and all equipment used. I have worked as a cook on watch, baker, records keeper, galley supervisor.
