11/2019 to present DAKKOTA INTERGRATE SYSTEMS Quality Liaison (Located at Stellantis MACK Plant) duties include working with the Production Supervisors to resolve supplier issues while providing support to the quality engineering team and production floor. I strive to provide excellent material and products to the customer, I inspect, analyze, sort, and troubleshoot material for defects. I problem solve various incidents and situations, interact with customers, provide Idea’s for all new projects during launch period. I provide daily reports, services, manage quality issues and containment activities, support launch team with vehicle new builds to the customer, provide information I learned to engineers to prevent defects, repeat designs, or build issues that may interrupt production. I have provided leadership to groups of employees such as the torque team to help develop good work ethics and training to ensure customer safety. I evaluate employee suggestions and use them when necessary. Issue technical reports and provide presentations to management. I understand vehicle assembly and the launch process while working with groups in a team environment.
