Hello! My name is Sydney. I'm 24 years old and have lived my entire life in Oregon. My experience includes fast paced customer service, food handling and general labor. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Career Tech Charter High School - Lincoln City, OR I do NOT have my diploma nor a GED. I am determined to continue my education. I have to be able to pay for the tests to earn my GED, so I need a job. I was unfortunately unable to obtain my diploma due to life circumstances at the time. Although I was only 3.75 credits away, and had completed said credits course work, I was unfortunately unable to attend graduation and receive my credits. That was heartbreaking for me. Now that I'm in a stable living situation, I am able to dedicate myself to employment. Please give me a chance, I won’t let you down. I did complete the “Culinary Crew” while attending Career Tech, our courses involved learning basic professional culinary skill sets in a high end professional setting. We learned skill sets including knife safety courses, safe food handling and storing, how to use the different grills, fryers and ovens, how to run the dishwasher and follow proper safety protocols for sanitizing dishes and equipment. We also learned how to make different types of food from scratch like noodles, rues, sauces, cassaroles, pies ect.
