Main Responsibilities
- Therefore, the objective of my work is to define a quality planning and control model, based on quality concepts, in order to drive continuous improvement in the analyzed department.
- Maintenance management and the application of quality methods and tools can be used to ensure the proper functioning of the substation park. Based on the literature review, we chose a combination of quality methods and tools for use in the maintenance sector. EDUCATION

- This combination consists of the PDCA methodology, an acronym for the 2 steps that make up this method: Plan, Develop, Control, Adjust, with a planning stage being constructed by various quality tools, and the use of Total Quality Control
concepts to ensure that the improvement cycle is continuous.
- This sequence of tools was applied to a real mass of data, with 2 very high voltage substations, over a period of 2 years.
- The use of this methodology proved capable of identifying several opportunities in the sector, creating an abnormality parameter for the amount of intervention, identifying problems in equipment, defining the causes of intervention that occurred most frequently, displaying the priority for executing actions and stipulate the implementation period for improvements. 2016 - 2017
