• Manages an average caseload of 100 - 125 files having a variety of services authorized by the client.
• Contacts the relocating employee to review policy for services authorized.
• Performs "needs assessment" for each relocating employee to assist in rental search, pre-marketing, temporary housing or home purchase assistance.
• Independently interviews and assigns real estate agents to work with home sellers and home buyers who are relocating.
• Coordinates the transferring employee's rental search with a Cartus preferred supplier and/or broker in the geographical areas needed.
• Prepares estimated budgets on each relocating employee if implemented in client service agreement.
• Makes travel arrangements for relocating employee or directs Relocation Assistant to arrange (client directed).
• Orders or directs Relocation Assistant to order "cost of living analysis" (client directed).
• Directs Relocation Assistant on initial packet that may include: Renter policy, introduction letter, expense reports, repayment agreement letter, mortgage flyer, tax information form and/or tax book.
• Follows up with suppliers assigned for updates on rental search, home purchase and household goods move.
• Manages and completes "are we done yet?" reports, entering survey request date and move complete dates for
