Professional Experience:
Aspen Dental 8/21/23-present: I am an operations lead/ assistant office manager in the Hadley, MA location. I am responsible for registering, scheduling and insurance verification for an ever-growing corporate dental practice. I am responsible for consulting patients after their exam with the dentist through their treatment plan. I reviewed costs, scheduled the appropriate appointments for treatment & following up to be sure we have all the appliances for procedures. I travel to multiple offices when needed to help with short staffing issues. I have daily patient interactions in person, on the telephone and in each exam room when assisting with pricing consulting. I am responsible for helping to open & close the office, making bank cash deposits and daily end of day audits. Using dental terminology and DPT codes daily. Monadnock Community Hospital/Behavioral Health Department: 8/2022-12/2022: was working as a CCMA in a multiple provider mental health outpatient clinic. I performed vital signs, medication reconciliation, preparing the patients for an office visit with the providers, medication prior authorizations, POC testing (ie: urine dips) properly preparing lab requisitions for the required testing for medication assisted opioid treatments, assisting the physician with medical cannabis paperwork, assisting the nurses/RNs with any procedures or medication refills. Assisted the front desk staff with scanning, filing and preparing patients medical information. I organized and kept a proper count of the medication cabinet. (The practice lost 2 providers in the time I was employed there, and they had to lay me off due to over staffing during my 90day probation period)

Clear Choice MD (remote call center) 01/04/2021-04/02/2021: I was a CCMA/ Call center representative for a busy 14 urgent care clinic call center. I answered calls regarding results and reviewing any questions the patient may have while staying within my scope of practice. I answered questions regarding hours/insurance accepted/what was available at each clinic that day ie: xray, DOT & phlebotomy. I had 12-14
programs I had to access every day and multitasking was a huge responsibility. (the remote call center/work from home was being moved to an actual call center in Bedford, NH which was much too far of a commute)

Veterans Medical Center (at one of the community based outreach clinics) Brattleboro, VT 9/2018-12/2018: I was the licensed nursing assistant/health tech in a very busy primary care practice. I worked daily with 2 providers and under the guidance of an LPN. I was responsible for daily venipuncture/phlebotomy for all veterans under our care. I handled daily vital signs and charting as per my scope of practice. Medication reconciliation and outpatient point of care testing per provider request, ie: EKG, PVR & glucometer readings. Assisted with front desk duties as needed (answering phones and scheduling). I was also responsible for ordering all the necessary supplies needed for the clinical side of the office. (I had to graciously bow out of my position within the probationary period as it was not a conducive schedule to continue my education)
Waldorf School/Camp Glenn Brook, Marlborough NH 6/2018-8/2018, 6/2023-8/2023 & 6/2024-8/2024: 9 week contracted position as the summer camp "nurse under the supervision of an RN. Responsible for the health and well-being of campers & staff for the duration of their stay within my scope of practice. I was responsible for daily medication dispensing. triage, wound care and illness of the sleep away campers as needed. I was living on the camp 24/6 with one day off a week and responsible for any emergencies as

Independence At Home Swanzy, NH: 5/2018-9/2018: LNA/ Home Health Aide for a veteran ALS patient. I was needed for evening & overnight duties requiring medication administration, nebulizer treatments & oxygen needs. Since this gentleman's passing. I have also used my LNA duties on patients requiring such needs at home. IE: ADL's, toileting, bathing. light house and errands as needed. (I was working with one specific hospice/home care patient per the patient & family request until he passed away) Granite State Independent Living. KEENE NH. 10/2017-9/2018: I was an LNA/Home Health Aide for a home bound status post stroke hemiplegic patient. I was responsible for his ADL's House keeping/Laundry, errands, toileting, grooming and organizing his home as requested. I followed the care plan as prepared by his caseworker/RN. (worked with him for one year until I took the position with the camp making it impossible to stay on with him)
Home Healthcare Hospice and Community Service. Keene NH 10/2017-3/2018: LNA duties/direct patient care for a local home health care company. I was responsible for going to a client's home and following a care plan given by my nurse RN, supervisor taking care of their ADL's, toileting, housekeeping/errands ect. while staying within my scope of practice.
