Partner with buyers in the corporate office to have the right product and merchandise in each location and that it is displayed in a uniform manner.

I was responsible for managing day-to-day division operations, profit and loss, staff training and development, succession planning, talent acquisition, staff performance evaluations, best practice implementations, policy and procedure development, customer relations, and handing a wide variety of special projects.
I oversaw a district encompassing 23 locations within the South Florida region.
My stores produced over $30 million in revenue, which was the first district in the region who accomplished this goal.
Increased profitability by working with low performing stores in my region and assisting them to rise to middle producing stores.
The stores I supervised also not only reached corporate goals each month, but also exceeded them three out of twelve months, becoming one of the top five in the country.
