DETAIL OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

3. 3M-Planning / Procurement of Brought Out Material: Collaborates with site planning team in developing detailed schedules based on the construction norms and his experience, reviews Look Ahead Plans extracted from the Project Master Plan for its accuracy and practicality Provide the necessary data and reports to Planning as required (e.g., Daily/Weekly Progress Report) The project based brought out items to be arranged based on client approval. Coordinates with Planning to give feedback regarding missed targets and prepare the corresponding Catch-up Plan Ensures that the planning data/reports are properly utilized by him and by his team to guide them in anticipating/preventing potential problems during the execution.

4. Execution:

Oversee the performance of all direct reports (e.g. Superintendents and Supervisors). Among others, this includes daily progress meetings, daily site inspections, providing timely feedback, doing corrective actions to rectify performance, etc. Manages the performance of subcontractors to ensure that work is completed according to agreed parameters. Coordinates with Site Manager and with the various units and Discipline Heads from HSE, QAQC, Planning, Admin, Finance, etc. to escalate and resolve any issues affecting execution. Ensures that the required daily work permits and licenses are obtained to prevent unnecessary hurdles or delays in the execution. Execution of erection works related to Electrical works discipline, compliance with time schedule and to satisfactory quality. Coordination with Overall Construction Manager, other discipline Construction Managers and Leads / Supervisors on all issues related to the scope of the discipline works and interfaces with other works. Implementation within the discipline’s scope of work EHS policy and site specific EHS plans and provide co-workers with information about hazards, risks and risk mitigation measures applicable to the site. Ensuring within the scope of the discipline works that subcontractors are in compliance with the EHS requirements at the site. 5. Operational:

Execution of erection works related to Electrical works discipline, which are to be compliant with the time schedule and completed to satisfactory quality. Job preparation and pre-checks to ensure all materials are available and all required tools and equipment are available for both subcontracted and Self Performance erection works. Coordination of access to all areas within the scope of the discipline works by subcontractors and others. Communicate directly with superiors and Engineering to resolve and/or clarify any technical issues. Ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan by all within-the-discipline subcontractors and/or Self Performance erection works. Ensuring that all defined packages within the discipline are ready for Turnover to Commissioning in accordance with the schedule or earlier. Take action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team. Closely monitor all activities, which could have harmful effects on the environment. Take action where necessary to ensure that all subcontractors or any Self Performance work force maintain all work areas in a safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected. Implementation within the discipline’s scope of work, EHS policy and site specific EHS plans and provide co-workers with information about hazards, risks and risk mitigation measures applicable to the site. Implementation of the necessary EHS procedures within the scope of the discipline works to include preparation of method statements, risk analyses, safety walks, toolbox talks etc. Ensuring within the scope of the discipline works that subcontractors are in compliance with the EHS requirements at the site.

6. Equipment Control:

Ensures that all E&T resources planned for the Project are available at site and fully deployed according to E&T deployment plans. Responsible for implementing maintenance system at site of work for equipment under his command. 7. Project Materials, Tools and Consumables:

Coordinates with Planning and Project Manager for them to arrange and provide the required materials and consumables as per project material delivery plan.

Ensures efficient consumption and control for all Customer and Company issued materials and consumables. Manages the Store for Tools and Consumables

8. Project Control and Monitoring:

Cost Control. Ensures that the resources under his control are utilized with optimum efficiency and productivity. Budget. Reviews the construction budget of the project, provides inputs / recommendations, signify acceptance of the budget, and ensure proper utilization and spending.

Inspects and reviews the project on daily to monitor compliance of the workforce with the required standards (e.g. conformity of work with HSE and QAQC standards)

Review invoices, cost reports/Flash report, cashflow projection, manpower projection on regular basis and takes corrective action to ensure completion of job within the approved budget. Ensures that all resources, material and consumables are booked to the proper Cost Centers Monitors productivity and efficiency of the projects resources at site and takes the necessary corrective action to improve such. Provide to OCM/ SIM all necessary inputs and support for the preparation of required reports. Maintaining all records of erection progress within the scope of the discipline works. Ensure that all subcontract works performed through extra works orders (FWO) are properly supervised and that all extra works costs are minimized wherever possible.

9. Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

Monitors and ensures compliance with the quality standards of the client and as per Project Quality Plan Conducts Regular Quality Toolbox Talks with his people to promote Quality in the site. Ensures the proper documentation in all stages of the project. Supports/collaborates with QAQC In-Charge in implementing QAQC program and activities such as during inspections, audits, follow-up, training, etc.

Manages the closure of all punch lists and NCRS in collaboration with QAQC. Maintaining all quality records within the scope of the discipline works. Managing and maintaining the creation of “As Recorded” (as built) documentation within the scope of the discipline works. Managing and maintaining the Turn-Over-Packages for commissioning within the discipline works. 10. Human Resource:

Ensures that the performance of all staff under his control are properly managed such that the staff are clear about Management expectations of their job and that they receive constructive feedback about their performance following the company’s Performance Management framework.

Implements ways to motivate staff for them to stay in the project and become more productive. Acts on / Recommends appropriate actions/decisions on various employee matters or requests such as discipline, leave, salary, recognition, career progression, etc.

11. Health, Safety, and Environment:

Monitors and ensures compliance with the HSE standards of the client and with company’s HSE policy such as Work permit, JSA, Risk Analysis, Etc.

Ensures that regular Safety Toolbox Talks are conducted by his supervisors as required. Ensures the proper documentation in all stages of the project. Supports/collaborates with HSE In-Charge in implementing HSE program and activities such as during inspections, audits, follow-up, training, etc.

Manages the closure of all HSE findings in collaboration with HSE In-Charge. 12. Contract Administration:

Maintains full grip on scope of work and milestones of the contract. Page4

Help and support in administration of the Contract. Keep track and report all changes/variations during contract execution. Ensures that extra work is properly recorded and approved before execution Make sure that invoice verification is done on time. Maintain a comprehensive and detailed logbook of all relevant events (including final Field Service Report). Efficient, complete, and comprehensive turnover of erected systems to commissioning. Thoroughly investigate and mitigate within the scope of the discipline works all variances, deviations, non-conformances, extra works, non-budgeted costs etc. in conjunction with the Lead SV or OCM and other site management staff as necessary to eliminate or minimize the cost impact.

13. Specific Functional, Engineering and Technical Authorities: Elaborates on the technical specifications of the project as per Project Master Plan Represents or assist Project Manager in interfacing with clients regarding technical issues Close all technical issues arising in any stage of the project. Define and receive infrastructure, tools and equipment and resources to execute the discipline scope of works. Review and accept or reject any documentation for the discipline scope of works. Suspend works proceeding in a non-compliant or dangerous manner. Issue binding instructions or countermand subordinate instructions regarding the scope of works while being cognizant of any cost and schedule impacts.

Identify to the Lead SV or CM any subordinate personnel performing poorly with respect to EHS, work performance or quality. Read and understand P&D's / general arrangement drawings/ SLD/ Signal flow diagrams. Understand and apply the Electrical Voltage drop calculation/cable selection using Athena system. Design and Implementation of Shop drawing submittal process up to ‘A’ grade approval and IFC for execution Submit RMA, RFI documents for project materials and consumables. Submit Method of Statements for all execution activities up to A’ Grade approval Apply the requirements for cable tray installation (duct, conduit, ladder etc.) Apply the req. for LV / MV and HV cable installation (pulling, dressing, termination and testing) Apply the requirements for electrical panel installation. Apply the requirements for lighting and grounding system installation Apply the requirements for instrument installation (incl tubing and fitting) Apply the requirements for DC and battery system installation. Apply the requirements for DC and battery system, UPS, Busducts, Charges and LV Transformers installation Apply the requirements for Switchyard (AIS) Installations Apply the requirements for electrical building services installation. 14.
