Recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Used ADP Workforce Now to design Performance Evaluation tools for 45-day, 90-day and annual performance reviews as well as deadline dates for each part of the process. Scheduled and distributed performance reviews, followed up at stages to ensure completion of each stage including last stage employee acknowledgement. Worked with manager and employees when they did not agree on the ratings to finalize a review that was acceptable to employee and management. Added my input/approval/disapproval to the process based on my observations or available data on employee performance metrics such as production metrics, quality and attendance.
