I work remotely in the customer solutions department. Started in first payment default then worked my way up to 2-3 roll blocker accounts. I work with customers to come to a solution for payment needed on account. Skip work on accounts to get payment resolved. Work in an automated dialer so I’m use to handling large volumes of accounts at a time. I have strong customer service skills and I’m able to negotiate to come to a solution that works for the customer and the company. I’m a very hard worker and know the rules and regulations when calling. Never had a major default when calling accounts. I opened accounts, CD's, IRA's, and safety deposit boxes. I worked as a teller making deposits, loans, and cashing checks. Balanced the ATM daily and refilled the money weekly. I worked alongside the Branch Manager helping her with daily task and duties such as daily opening/closing procedures, paperwork, and account work.
