Arbor E & T to assist participants on the Family Services/Food Stamp program. I was in charge of scheduling Food Stamp

Service Rep. I entered all new Dental and Eye Care Policies into the database system. Reviewed all information before

entry, and contacted Agents, Underwriters, and Group Office reps when needed for any additional information. I

conducted follow-up calls to Policy Holders to verify that the information submitted regarding their police was correct. I

● I was an Office Clerk III employee in the Accident Records Dept. of Highway Safety from 1991 to 1996. I was responsible

for the entry of accident reports that were sent by the public and law enforcement agencies into the AS400 Database

system. We received accident reports from all the counties in the State of Nebraska. We were to be accurate in our entry

of these reports, since the data is used for statistical purposes. We mapped and figured out the location of the accidents

that happened on highways and interstates. We were provided maps and mile posting manuals to assist in finding the

location. We also kept a file of all incoming reports, and assisted other operators in the entry of reports when needed. I

also assisted the supervisor in her duties when she was not there.

From 1996 to 2000 I was promoted to the Accident Records Supervisor position. I was responsible for overseeing the

duties performed by nine Office Clerk III operators in the department. The other duties for this position included

interviewing, hiring of new employees, tracking new employee's work performance while on probation, termination of an

employee if needed, writing and giving out performance evaluations, tracking and posting stats of the entries of the

employees, and implementing overtime when needed. I updated employees of department changes, updates to the

accident reports, and location guides.
