DEPARTMENT ADMINISTATOR(MANAGER)
DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL ARTS (TADREEB-E-FANNI),
ALJAMEA-TUS-SAIFIYAH
SEPT. 2024 - SEPT 2025
The Department of Vocational Arts (Tadreeb-e-Fanni) at Aljamea-tus- Saifiyah had long needed stronger communication, organization, and visibility. When I joined in 2024, I supported the department’s growth by introducing structured communication design, contributing to student engagement, and helping establish its first-ever exhibition — now a key event in the campus calendar. Other notable achievements i made include the following:
• Assisted in developing course banners, exhibition posters, and internal notices, ensuring communication within the department was clear, timely, and professional.
• Contributed to the successful launch of the department’s first exhibition in 2024, giving students a platform to showcase their work and strengthening the department’s identity.
• Designed visual content for departmental activities and events, from branding layouts to exhibition displays, creating a consistent and engaging look across materials.
• Developed a custom inventory management system to track resources and tools, reducing losses and improving accountability
• Supported day-to-day departmental operations, including venue preparation, attendance tracking, and maintaining student order, ensuring smooth delivery of classes.
• Took on teaching and mentoring responsibilities when assigned, guiding students both in vocational tasks and in presenting their work effectively.
This role allowed me to merge design, organization, and mentorship in supporting the Department of Vocational Arts. I contributed to clearer communication and smoother class operations, while playing a part in the successful launch of its first exhibition in 2024. This milestone raised the department’s visibility and gave students a platform to showcase their skills.
