Provide safety induction training on safe practices to site staffs and workers.

Comply with company HSE Policy, Project HSE Plan, procedures and legal requirements on site and ensure proactive implementation to reduce accident/incident

Daily site observation and find out unsafe conditions or unsafe acts.

Daily site inspection and safety audits, hazard identification, safety management system, hazard and risk assessment and analysis work method statement.

Checklists all equipment, emergency plan response, mock drills, fire evacuation, daily safety inspection checklist, monthly HSE Statistics report, awareness training for all regarding H2S, firefighting and first aiders training & fire extinguishers inspection.

Investigation of all accidents, incident, near misses, spills, fires to find the root cause, emergency and evacuation program, color coding of lifting gears observations and reporting.

Weekly meeting or monthly with client to resolve safety issues.

HIP, HAS, JHA, HIRA, ERP, MSDS and COSHH, workplace monitoring and regular inspection of ongoing construction activities.

Elevated area daily inspection, weekly, monthly walkthrough, and documents / certificates

Calibration data validation for Gauge, PRV, PSI manifold safe distance line spool, Pre-Com- commissioning

Establish control and preventive measures to provide maximum risk free environment for workers.

Advising on Environmental restoration and management of Hazardous and non hazardous wastes (waste management).

Conduct HSE induction training for all new project staffs, workers and visitors on project

Providing emergency response procedures as required in the project.

Monitor Confined Space activities on tank, vessel, chamber, pipes, shafts and tunnel works, etc.

Coordinating all Permit requirements to Ministry of Works office for project confined spaces works including the very critical and mandatory requirements for Micro Tunneling works. ACHIEVEMENTS:
