Mr. Geisler has over 25 plus years’ experience in the construction trade, including working with building supply centers in converting lumber companies from contractor-focused operations to more cash and carry operations.

Establishing merchandizing rebranding store operations to make it more friendly to cash and carry consumers. Due to his partners sudden death, Mr. Geisler decided to seek an awarding career of employment with a top industry leader in residential home selling.

Retail Consulting in point of sale, loss leader, signage and changing the racking and footprint on consumer flow throughout stores. Client stores like Llyod Lumber, Buchanan Lumber, Lundy Lumber, Briggs Lumber, Holmes Lumber, and numerous other contractor-based stores were also introduced to packaging sale programs that pushed up their bottom line selling in the Do-it-Yourself consumer market. Assisting customers in DIY designing custom kitchens, cabinet selections, appliances, tile and other kitchen appointments. Mr. Geisler was a reseller of several brands of kitchen cabinets, as well as a reseller of GE Appliances.

Other areas of improvement were customer service, refunds and returns and establishing distressed discount programs in several strategic areas in the stores that pulled customers throughout the stores.

Each store was identified, and a local market analysis was developed to help each store localize marketing programs beyond the national market presence to strengthen community resilience to increase foot traffic at the local store in each local market.

Design Build Commercial and Residential and Commercial Construction as well as in land acquisition, development in residential, mixed use and commercial properties. His experience in Commercial design build environments, fast tracking projects, rezoning, civil engineering, and all types of land mitigation has proven to be meeting budgets or exceeding final deliverables with solid profitable results. Mr. Geisler has worked efficiently with Federal, State and County Agencies throughout the Unites States as well as numerous other countries. Mr. Geisler is extremely organized, detail driven, and can multitask several projects simultaneously. His management level style of achievements is by consensus team building objectives within the GANNT and CPM structure.

Over 25 years building new homes and extensive renovations of residential and commercial properties. Specializing in Fire Damaged construction and water damage has made it beneficial to better understand each trade and market segment in building a more efficient cash and carry operation. Additionally at each customer service desk a contractor sales professional was established to help the small contractors shorten their shopping experience so they could return quicker to their job site.

Mr. Geisler as an owner/consultant with experience over 25 years in the manufacturing of (PWS) Panelized Wall Systems, Modular Buildings including Multi-family, Resort and numerous hospitality food and beverage. Emergency Shelters for Disasters, Agricultural buildings, Panelized Garages, Design/Build modular quad system Offices, Churches, Schools, Assisted Living and Faith Based communities, Hotels, Motels, Park Homes, Resorts, and high-end Class A RV Resorts. I specialize in building Disaster Relief Shelters for FEMA, DOD, DOA, DOA, DOE. Worked with local trades to build relief support to rebuild communities impacted by disasters in all 12 disaster zones in the United States. I am an approved SBIR/STTR approved contractor/manufacturer for FEMA, DOD, DOJ, and numerous other government agencies. I have collaborated with Team Rubicon over the years as a volunteer cleanup at disaster sites. Mr. Geisler under his leadership career has built and sold in excess of 1500 homes, apartments, condominiums and resort style vacation Casitas.

Mr. Geisler has over 25 years’ experience in Land Acquisition & Development throughout the United States, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Bahamas, Middle East, and numerous other countries in his career. The business model demanded extensive large tract development to stay ahead of all manufacturing of Residential Homes/Multifamily, Commercial output in our Modular Plants.

Mr. Geisler has experience in the capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, start-up and real estate markets and whereby collaborative innovation and management are employed. Mr. Geisler has facilitated and derived budget requirements for strategic to tactical accounting, financial modeling, procurement, auditing, and human resource systems. He has held direct and associative titles of senior director, district supervisor, and site manager, in both commercial and residential properties with direct reports ranging from 5 to 250, and indirect reports ranging to 1700. He has had direct responsibilities for P&L's for whole departments. His major focuses have been on corporate financial alignment achieved through training and Management of people, processes, procedures, policies, competitive alignment, and technological implementations, for direct impact on the 'bottom line'.

Manage and oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion.

Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Coordinate and lead project meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.

Ensure project closeout and turnover to the client.

Managing subcontractors, trades, and company staff through GANNT or other management programs

Qualifications:

MBA Business, Doctorate in Non-Profit to enhance working knowledge in the building of Church’s, Assisted Living and Independent Living projects. Extensive land development, property acquisition and land planning.

35+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry

Experience managing multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects, resort properties and single-family properties.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong Multi Manage skills multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Proficient in project management software

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards as well as OSHA

Twenty plus years’ experience in executive and supervisory fields related to supervision, quality control, and safety.

Large track development with extensive fast track experience in horizontal and vertical construction

I have additional experience in large project renovations and repurposing, resort properties, apartment, hotel and mixed-use properties, warehouse, storage units, in addition aides in repurposing building and land using creative value-added metrics.
