Provided in-country management of a $25 million workforce development grant program financed by USAID. Oversaw team of one expatriate staff and 40+ local staff (7 direct reports), three international subcontractor companies, and consultants. Managed relations with donor agency and host country government partners. Oversaw budget and revisions. Developed annual work plans and reporting tools. Facilitated training workshops in transferable skills (i.e., communications, leadership, safety and security) and entrepreneurship.
