OBJECTIVE : To utilize my vast experience of many years in various fields of operations for the development of the Corporation I align with.

EXPERIENCE : I have an experience of almost 45 years in various capacities spanning over many countries.

1.From 1980 -1996 : I was involved in our family owned business of trading in building materials, chemicals and manufacturing of plastic products. During this period the business grew almost 20 times.

2.2000 -2019 : I was the Regional Head - APAC of Rohagroup, one of the world’s largest food color manufacturers.

3.2019 -2024 : I was the Regional Head – Middle East, Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan for Rohagroup.

During this span, I have been associated with many types of work as highlighted below :

a.Setting up manufacturing units in Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam and Egypt from the beginning – viz from designing and construction of the plant, to setting up machineries including being involved in the legal approvals upto final commissioning.

b.Deeply involved with getting the ISO, HACCP, FSSC etc certifications for the Company.

c.Have been instrumental in forming joint ventures and also, acquisition of a company in Australia.

d.Setting up the sales and marketing from scratch to bringing the Company to be the major market leaders in the countries headed. Also developed sales as distributors and as C&F agents.

e.Heading the full operations of various countries for all the functions of operations in capacity as Managing Director.

f.Have knowledge of accounts and related works.

EXPECTATIONS : To be a consultant/ contractual agreement for any Company looking for any of the following:

a.Commissioning a new plant.

b.Requiring to turnaround the Company from loss/ low profits to be a fundamentally strong Company.

c.Any other work pertaining to my experience.
