I have worked as a Lead Medical Secretary/Surgical Coordinator for 22 years. I have gained many years of knowledge and experience working as a Medical Secretary/Patient Service Coordinator and a Surgical Posting Coordinator as well. I have enjoyed the benefits and experience gained from working for the same specialty practice for over 18 years.

My skills range from patient registration, surgical posting, insurance eligibility/verification, HMO referral verification, EMR, collection of copayments, as well as some billing background and office management assistance. Most recently, I enjoyed working as a front office secretary and assistant to the office manager at Tideway Dermatology, an affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology. I worked in the Bel Air, MD satellite office as the main and only key full-time staff member at this location. I held this role from July 2016 until moving to Frankford Delaware in 2021. I was responsible for handling most all the daily coordinating of the front office, as well as the basic tasks of check in and check out. As well as assisting the office manager with many responsibilities of the day-to-day operations in her absence. Upon moving to Delaware, I have been fortunate enough to rejoin another location within the Anne Arundel Dermatology practices at their Berlin, MD location.
