As an optician, I help patient pick out glasses and can fit and train patients for contact
lenses. As far as pre-testing goes, I can also do that. am familiar with doing visual fields,
the auto refractor, optomap, pupilometer, and lensometer. I am also very confident
when I do adjustments and have also done lab work before.
Optician 2017-2022

Worked with patients on their frame selections and glasses adjustments also fit contact
lenses and adjusted and repaired glasses. know how to use machines for pre-testing
like the Opto map, lensometer, pupilometer and optomap.
cosmetology instructor 2008-2017
As a cosmetology instructor, I taught students how to cut hair, manicure, pedicures, and
skin care. We spend time teaching them how to pass the practical cosmetology test. I
also taught theory.
