Worked as part of the FP&A organization, leading the PMO office as a part of a subgroup called Finance Transformation. Our aim is to help drive and manage Cross functional initiatives to help implement future state tools to enhance and develop a more dynamic operating model.
More specifically I am leading an effort called the future forward, which is seeking to size the financial reporting and forecasting operating model.
