As the IT Director I fully oversee all IT infrastructure for over 1500 corporate employees, and 10,000 hotel employees. In a very short period, we have implemented a sweeping overhaul to IT infrastructure with a focus on reducing cost and increasing reliability through innovative cloud solutions. As a member of the senior IT leadership team, I am directly involved in the overall roadmap and vision of the IT department.
- Implemented a companywide cloud transformation. Part of the team that designed and implemented a robust, highly scalable, and secure Azure environment from the ground up drastically improving scalability and reliability of all company applications.
- Maintained vendor relationships and contracts. Vendors including MSPs, MSSPs, printer management, network/circuit management, and various external consultants.
- Supported the full suite of Office 365 features managing the technical implementation and user adoption: including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
