● Customer Retention: as the main retention coordinator, it was my responsibility to contact any individuals that had not been in a group class in more than 5 days. This communication was done via text, email and phone calls. Any pertinent information as to the inability to attend was then communicated to our internal team and management. Additionally, the role included contacting other coaches to have them reach out to individuals they had regular contact with.
