Monitor team updates in shared reports to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct regular audits of projects and programs to ensure alignment with PMO objectives and organizational goals.

Provide detailed analysis and statistics to support Professional Services (PS) team KPIs, helping to track project and team performance.

Governance & Process Adherence:

Ensure strict adherence to governance processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service level agreements (SLAs).

Assist in the administration of transformation projects to guarantee smooth execution in line with company standards and timelines.

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and SLAs, in collaboration with the PMO and department heads.

Provide general administrative support to the wider management team, as needed. Recruitment & Resource Management:
