Leonard Feinberg, Architect

Leonard Feinberg is an award winning, “out of the box thinking” Architect specializing in commercial, Industrial and Residential work, single and multi-family. The breadth of his experience has reached all areas of design from custom homes to mid and high-rise condominiums, shopping centers, warehousing, corporate identity offices, medical, restaurants, and mixed-use projects. In addition, his practice provides land planning, programming, and complete turn-key interior design services. He has held leadership positions on local and national advisory boards, as well as in professional associations and has received numerous honors throughout his distinguished career. These include publication in architectural books and trade publications as well as numerous articles in the Orlando Sentinel which highlight many of his award-winning projects.

Leonard holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Cooper Union, New York, NY, the most elite of all U.S. Architectural colleges. It is a tuition free institution to a select few who are accepted to its’ program by competitive examination. While at The Cooper Union, Leonard had the honor and privilege of helping to develop the original content for the AIA Guide to New York City.

He completed his studies for a Master of Architecture and Urban Design degree under full scholarship at Washington University, St. Louis, MO, where during his tenure he was employed by the University's Urban Renewal Design Center, leading teams on many prestigious national Architectural and Urban Design projects. His experience working for some of the world’s leading Architects and Urban Planners gave him the skill and ability to have his own design / build firm. With a strong passion for design and a dedication to providing award-winning, cost-effective profitable architecture he has become one of the most respected professionals in the Southeast. His references and respect by peers, clients, and bureaucrats is unprecedented. He was also hired by the Corp of Engineers with Department of Defense secret clearance work for various residential and commercial projects For Dugway Proving Grounds, Salt Lake City Utah and other large military bases on the west coast. Leonard’s experience, knowledge and exposure to all aspects of the architectural profession provide the strong foundation for the first-class service he provides to commercial and residential clients alike for successful completion of their projects.
