●Coordinate schedules while providing administrative support to teachers, faculty and parents. Assist with the planning and execution of special events and activities creating cohesive communication materials that encourage participation amongst the community.

●Assist in maintaining accurate attendance and immunization records while processing student enrollment packages in a structured and organized filing system in strict compliance with district policies.

●Manage both internal and external communication platforms while developing and implementing social media strategies that increase follower engagement that keep the community well informed.

● BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association and able to assist the nursing staff with routine medical treatment of ill or injured students.

●Provide updates to the school website, develops the monthly newsletter and maintains a positive social media presence on the school’s social media platforms.
