Carry out preventative, corrective and scheduled maintenance on production units: Scrubbers, Pumps, Valves, Blowers, Heat Exchangers, Wet and Dry Electrostatic Precipitators, Cooling Tower Fans, Hydraulic and Pnuematic Systems, Gearboxes. Investigate, diagnose and conduct repair of equipment and machinery according to maintenance requirements, standards, specifications and to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Carry out assembling and sub-assembly on Bearing Housing for 6/4 - 12/10 inch Friatec Rheinhutte Pumps, MTH 5 to 18 inch Lewis Pumps, Dura 35mm to VF 80mm Verderflex Peristaltic Pumps, 4/2 inch Version 3A,5A Sulzer Pumps and Mechanical Seal installation and adjustments/ Parking and Gland follower adjustments Service scrubber weir flow nozzles, scrubbing nozzles, de choke pump suction strainers, installation and servicing of Valves; Gate, Butterfly, Plug, Diaphragm Valves. Intermediate Blower bearing replacement and clearance setting between Cone and Impeller, Installation of air seals and Impeller cleaning nozzles, Motor and Blower alignment. Service Plate Heat Exchanger; Disassemble plates for cleaning and rebuild with new gaskets.
Carry out positive mechanical isolation on Wet Electrostatic Precipitator by spading and apply LOTOTO. Quadrant replacements, Alignment of electrode rack and clearance setting between precision electrodes within the collecting tube. Service blocked flushing and fogging nozzles. Perform Cooling Tower Fan blade angel adjustments, Gearbox servicing, Prop shaft replacement, De-choke spray nozzles and pump suction strainers to ensure efficiency of the pumps and cooling fan. Servicing Hydraulic and Pneumatic system component and replacements of Pumps, Valves, Strainers, Filters Seals & Hoses
