• Cybersecurity program growth by 10X. We had a strategic goal to grow the Marine Corps Cyber Program. It wasn’t big enough to support the future demand of where the org wanted to grow. Between actives and reserves the program was to grow it by 10X from 100 to 1200 in three years. My job was to lead this project from vision to success.
• Created the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Retention Bonus Program and wrote the policy to target the retention of personnel in high demand, low density job requisitions. The program increased the retention of team leaders with 8-22 years of experience in their field.
