We makes budget of every year of guest house, canteen utensils, AMC, repair & maintenance, Housekeeping Manpower, Cash Expenses & Recovery of Staff housing, worker colony & Shopping Mall, etc. We keeps data & records of Contractors agreements copy, bills, license copy, township employee details, contract manpower records, AMC PO copies, gate pass copy & etc. Legal Compliances: -

Handling Compliances document like w/c policy, contract copy, shop agreement, license, AMC Document. Wages documents, PF Related document, Salary statements, joining related Documents .

An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is an agreement with a service provider for repair and maintenance of property used by your company like Lift, IFB(Washer, dryer & Iron). Transport Management: -

Arrange vehicles for Guests, Engineers and Visitors & Companies New Joining Employees for Plant to colony.

In case of emergency also arrange an ambulance.

Canteen Management: -

Food Facility for Company Employees pay & eat. Purchase Necessary Equipment Required.

Arranging Food on through Mail by Department HOD for Visitors, Engineers, etc.

Solving Complaints Related Foods, hygiene and other problems. Event Management: -

Arranging kitty Parties, Get Together, Navratri Special, Ganapati sthapana, and Chath Pooja.

Before a Successful Event we do: - Location, Planning, Design, and Coordination with Vendors and Negotiate with Higher Authority.

We have local housekeeping team providing by 3 local contractors (100+manpower Capacity) including cleaning of staff & worker colony.

Housekeeping of Township Internal buildings (floors, staircase, rooms) & external buildings (roads) & deep cleaning after 45 days of buildings.

Repair & Maintenance Management: -

Firstly we update a complaint in snag tracker (excel sheet) then distribute to respective worker.

We have maintenance team like plumbers, carpenter, mason & helper, electrician, etc.

Repair & maintenance of township, guesthouse, equipment of canteen.

Repair & maintenance of staff & worker colony.
