Using Power BI designed and developed an HR ANALYTICS DASHBOARD to monitor workforce metrics and attrition. Visualized key insights by age, gender, education, salary and job role using interactive charts and using slicer for job role to show all job wise data. Improved decision-making for HR teams through data-driven workforce analysis.
