Duties: Input customer orders into QuickBooks to create invoices and send to customer or sales rep. Match up work orders to invoice and file, receive, and input payments into QuickBooks, Ship out orders to customers via UPS, FEDEX or USPS, through each website. Reconcile daily credit cards, enter new employees into system, correct missed clock in/out, print out hour report for payroll, pay bills via company check or credit card, order office and shop supplies. Coordinate with mechanic for maintenance and order parts and 2

supplies. Started to take orders from customers to help sales out, put orders together, work with designers to ensure customer is happy with orders, call or email customer when order is ready. Dispatch techs out to jobs when boss was out of town, or during random emergencies. Take care of personal errands for the boss, at the end of the day make sure all employees are gone, ensure all cabinets and doors were securely locked and alarm set. And much more.

*Parts Administrator: Omera Ford February 2014 – January 2018 Duties: Data entry for 3 separate sets of part orders on to Fords website, keep up to date excel spreadsheet on drivers and gas tickets, meetings etc. Verified and attached invoices to bills, kept files organized and at the end of the month move them to archives, and start new folders. Help sales with research parts arrival, check on availability on parts, help organize holiday activities and birthdays for the department.

*Billing Clerk: North Park Transportation April 2015-January 2018 Duties: Input billing information received by incoming drivers after shift. Sort bills and mail going to each depot (about 20) Prepare pouches for OTR drivers to take to the destination depot, and if they had hazmat, I filled out their hazmat sheet as well as set the placards they needed to put on truck. Billing was done on the AS400 system, we had to verify all information was correct and batched. Shift ended when all billing was complete, anywhere from 10pm to as late at 1 am.

*I worked both jobs during this time, Omera from 8-5 and NPT 5:30 till whenever last driver arrived.
