The main function of our team is to maintain all company servers onsite and in our service center in Atlanta, GA. We accomplish this by relying on strict Group Policy Procedures that we provide for our clients and Direct Travel, Network Security and Administration.
Clients that we provide corporate travel and software support to are as follows but not limited to: All Federal Reserve Bank Branches, Smithfield Foods, New York Giants, Blyth Inc. etc….through are proprietary web portal we provide companies with a secure and efficient portal to book travel through without having to lose valuable time and resources that could be used building their businesses.
Responsible for daily maintenance and administration of the existing and future network infrastructure including all Windows XP-2012 application servers, work on projects, as assigned, to integrate new systems into, as well as update and enhance, the existing network infrastructure, provide level two and three support for network and Windows systems issues, work independently on day to day issues onsite or by remote, reports, backups, projects and the day to day issues.

Our company switched from Google Web based Applications along with Google Apps Sync for our management team who use Outlook for their main email client to be able to be compatible with clients that use Outlook: I am currently using Google’s Mail Administration Interface for the past 3 years to replace Microsoft Outlook as an alternative replacement. I am currently proficient with Google Docs, Support Suite Ticketing System, etc.
At this time I am working with all Microsoft products versions 2010: Exchange 2010, Active Sync and Power Shell, Remote technologies such as Citrix Gotoassist and Spiceworks for network monitoring and inventory control in a VMware environment and am familiar with the architecture, administration and support for deployment for Direct Travel.
I have total of five years’ experience with VMW are, supporting and deploying virtual servers and creating and managing the virtual hosts and infrastructure (including storage and networking) to support a virtual environment. Ten years’ experience supporting, maintaining, and developing Microsoft servers and network systems (such as DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory) in a WAN environment. I have completed a project in the last 3 weeks for the above named company providing 124 Cable Drops, Cisco Switch Configuration with the following skill set being utilized.

As a wireless engineer I am responsible for wireless configurations, implementation of wireless solutions, and remote troubleshooting, able to troubleshoot complex wireless scenarios and identify configuration problems on existing customer deployments.
Qualifications:
I have a working Knowledge of wireless LAN/WAN technologies; knowledge of LAN/WAN security; strong understanding of wireless communications, protocols, end-point troubleshooting and wireless configuration. I have the ability to troubleshoot AP communication, RF interference, and channel issues.
