Northern Construction Services/SmartWire, Electrical Supervisor (October 2020- Present) – Colorado:

Electrical Supervisor and for a small commercial electrical contracting business. Started with two employees and in four years had up to twenty employees. Responsible for business development, client growth and team growth.

In charge of all new project review, estimating, designing and pre-construction. Took a passion to all employee’s training and collaboration for their successful careers in electrical and over-all success of new ground up projects as well as all service and remodel projects. As the overall supervisor for every aspect of the business, responsibilities were, at times, changing by the moment and required positive output for multiple actions and scenarios throughout the days/weeks.

From hiring and employee onboarding and training, to accounting and payroll. All aspects of the business were handled and as a working owner, I was also in the field with team members installing electrical equipment, performing tests, analyzing existing installs and making upgrades. This includes installing conduit, cable, panels, and underground distribution as well as teaching and training the team. The highlights I take from this experience is training and teaching younger team members. Silverline Services, Electrical Supervisor (April 2018-October 2020) – Colorado/Texas: Electrical Supervisor responsible for business development, client growth and team growth in terms of employee’s successful careers in electrical and over-all electrical division success. This is a varying and changing position with regard to responsibilities and oversite of the electrical division. Ranging from new project review, estimating, designing and pre- construction

to tracking projects in progress, budgets, manpower, tools and equipment and the daily field interaction. CW Services, Electrical Superintendent (Jan 2017-March 2018) – Denver, CO: CONTRACT POSITION: This position was with CW Services under Great West Financial Corporate Campus. The Electrical Supervisor responsible for the supervision of all Electrical Capital Projects as well as creating and managing the Electrical Service and Operation/Maintenance Program. This corporate campus is one-million square feet, which includes (3) Ten Story Office Towers, (2) Parking Garages, and (1) Data Center. Responsible for the project oversite of large renovations, replacement, and new installations of light, heat, and power for all site mechanical equipment, all site electrical distribution, as well as major and minor tenant finish. Other pertinent responsibilities and task include creating, managing, and performing Operations and Maintenance and Service work. Lay-Out and Design of work to be performed, estimating all resources such as time, labor, equipment, tools, etc. Quality Assurance of work performed, Testing and Inspection of work installed, various data entry and data management as well as commodity tracking and day to day operations. Intermountain Electric, Inc., Field Manager (2015-2016) - Denver, Colorado: Electrical Field Manager and Construction Manager dedicated and responsible for the build out and management of company best practices, means and methods, process, quality control process and construction installations. Quality planning which includes all contract review, contract design and document review, installation practice review, daily/weekly coordination and communication with the site and field staff. As Field Manager, there is a continued focus on all project and company details and the responsibility for overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control throughout the organization. Furthermore, this position requires the responsibility for the implementation of processes necessary for successful installations on all projects. In addition, as a Supervisor in the field duties were to follow through with the authority to direct work changes required to ensure work is in conformance with the contract requirements including stopping non-conforming and unsafe work in progress until such deficiencies are satisfactorily corrected. Teng & Associates, Army Corp of Engineers Task Force Power, Foreman - Fix and Repair mission (2010-2012) - Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan: Responsible for working within and guiding teams through construction inspections, assessments, estimates of repairs, and installations. Aided in the training and development of new Master and Journeyman Electricians, as well as various other construction professionals. Responsible for the day to day construction schedule, installations, construction inspections as well as electrical inspections for various facilities and all electrical distribution equipment. Responsible for data entry, reporting, and documentation of the facilities. This would include the identification of deficiencies in Generators, Transformers, MDPs, SDPs, end user panels, as well as interior equipment and wiring. Performed estimates for time, materials, labor, and scheduling for all work. The inspections and repairs included testing systems, troubleshooting, and identifying life, health, and safety issues within new electrical installations, installations in progress, and existing systems. (2010-2012) - Sharana, Afghanistan: In charge of setting up Military Territory, as a Hub, for construction and electrical inspections and assessments. As Lead Inspector, responsibilities included scheduling inspections, special request inspections and advisement for the Military, and review, advisement, and direction of all team inspection reports. Constant interaction and professionalism working with the Military. Conducted electrical inspections throughout the Northern Afghanistan Region. Tasked with testing systems, troubleshooting, and identifying life, health, and safety issues within new electrical installations and existing systems. Worked on equipment with multiple distribution systems, generators, and transformers being responsible, and required, to complete reports and document all deficiencies. Inspections were completed for facilities ranging from, but not limited to, temporary tents, containerized latrines, showers and living quarters, dining facilities, hazardous areas, and hospitals. All inspections conformed to NFPA Codes and Standards, or the British Standards 17th Edition.

Fluor Daniel, Master Electrician Foreman/Team Lead (2009-2010) - Afghanistan: Trained Electricians on installations, company policies, and safety regulations in preparation to enter the field and conduct inspections. This progress training covered electricians for inspecting facilities and electrical installations, which included US, European, and Host Country existing installs. Was responsible for leading teams throughout the Northern Areas of Operation in Afghanistan. Also in charge of training personnel at Forward Operating Bases in proper installations, safety practices, and operation and maintenance of all electrical installations. As a member of an assessment team, duties were to inspect electrical systems, identify faults, and assess the repairs needed including estimates of time, man power, materials cost, and efficiency. Inspections were conducted of equipment and facilities throughout all military camps in the country. Data collected was then presented to Military and Government personnel. Throughout these locations responsibilities involved creating maps, one line diagrams, material list, and clarifying electrical systems and repairing any and all noncompliant installations and safety hazards.

KBR Inc., Master Electrician/ Grounding and Bonding Construction Foreman (2008-2009) - Iraq: Maintain, repair, and replace or install a broad range of electrical equipment and support systems in support of base construction and maintenance activities. Responsibilities included the completion of records, maintenance of tools and equipment and identification of proper materials required for specific installations. As the Grounding and Bonding Foreman in charge of 2 master electricians, 7 journeyman electricians, and 8 apprentice level electricians, as a team. Conducted inspections and made crucial repairs for all temporary and hard stand buildings throughout Northeast Baghdad. Secondary duties included overseeing the input of information and data into STEAM (The ordering system for parts and material); overseeing the department Safety/Training Meetings; and attending meetings with both the client (Army), FOB Mayors, ACOs, LSOs and DCMA. All Electric Co., Electrician (1994-1999) - New Haven, Connecticut: Provided electrical services for the demolition and rebuild of several commercial buildings in downtown New Haven. Project sites included Bayer Pharmaceutical Plant, Yale New Haven Hospital, University of Connecticut sporting facility, and Wesleyan University. These projects required the re-piping, re-wiring for power, lighting, and heating. Was tasked with maintenance, service, and repair of electrical systems in various applications including daycare facilities, printing presses, and schools. Additionally, responsible for the understanding and implementation of the various codes and regulations that applied to the respective installations.
