PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Supervise the subcontractors and distribute the manpower for the work and considering safety regulations, PPE. ..etc.

• Carrying out the Shutdown Turn around Maintenance. Carrying out the preventive breakdown maintenance, Routine maintenance and overhauling of rotary and static equipment 's.

• Communicate with operation staff for Isolations for the equipment's & preparing the Maintaining highest level of safety for personnel equipment and installations.

• Coordinate with operation team and job safety meeting. Maintenance of pumps, seals and bearings & Alignment works for pumps and motors.

• Maintenance of GE, Frame 5 Gas turbine. Maintenance of Boilers, Valves, Heat exchangers and Crude oil floating roof storage tanks.

• Preparing the Preventive maintenance schedule of the plant equipment's. Requesting and check spare part from the warehouse.

• Preparing work order, Daily reports, Monthly reports and Hand over reports.

• During Shutdown arranging the materials of MOC (Management of change). Reporting the job and daily progress to the Senior Maintenance Supervisor. ROTATING EOUIPMENTS

PUMPS:

Pump is a Mechanical device. It converts mechanical energi to Hydraulic enerß. Positive Displacement Pump:

Worked in Union, Kawasaki, Diaphragm,Nikkiso pumps servicingandspareparts changing, Cam shaft, Bearing and Suction and Discharge Valves and packing ring, Piston ring and Cylinder liner changing

Non-Positive Displacement Pump :

Worked in Union, Kawasaki, Sulzer, Weir, Sundyne, Arai, Ebara, Johnston, peerless and all types of pumps servicing and maintenance. Involved seal changing, Bearing changing, Impeller and wear ring, Packing ring, Shaft sleeve, Valves changing, Oil circuit equipment and Coolers maintenance.

COMPRESSORS:

Centrifugal Compressors:

Worked with Nuova Pig none, Kirloskar, Kawasaki, Pumps, Air and Natural Gas lifting centrifugal compressors with liquid film seal and Dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in seal changing bearing and Impeller, Shaft sleeve, and its seal and lube Oil circuit accessories maintenance.

Reciprocating Compressor:

Having Experience in Various manufactures of Atlas Cop. co, Ingersoll-Rand Reciprocating compressor of"V" type with instrument Air services with various capacities. Involved in repair and changing valves, Piston, Piston Rod, Piston Ring, Piston Pin and Cylinder liner, Bearing crosshead and Oil circuit equipment and Coolers Maintenance.

FANS & BLOWERS

Having experience to change the blade angles, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with driver. GEAR BOXES:

Involved in centrifugal pumps overhauling mechanical seal assembling and aligning the pump with prime mover by reverse, graphical method, Rim and Face method.

Worked in reciprocating pumps like Pulse feeder.

Involved in repair such as plunger changing, diaphragm changing check valves ALIGNMENT EXPERIENCE:

LASER ALIGNMENT (ROTALIGN SMART EX)

Having good experience in motor and pump alignment with the following methods: Reverse Indicator method.

Rim and Face

method.

Graphical

method.

And having experience in Belt Drives also.

GAS TURBINE COLOUSTION CHAMBER INSPECTION

Having maintenance experience in Gas Turbine combustion chamber with Can, Liners, Transition Piece, Nozzles, CrossFire Tube, WaterWashPipelines andalsofuel pipelines. STATIC EQUIPMENTS

Valves:

I have knowledge in Ball valve, Globe Valve, Needle Valve, Pressure Control Valve(PCV), Pressure Safety Valve(PSV), Butterfly Valve, Gate Valve, Sub Safety valve (SSV), Sub Surface Safety Valve (SSSV), Non Return Valve (NRV).

CONTROLL VALVE & SAFETY VALY:

MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE:

Handled safety and all over General valves,

General valves viz. Gate valve, Ball valve, Globe valve, Non-return valve, Plug valve, Poppet valve, orbit valve- Dismantling, lapping, assembling with hydro testing,

Safety valve viz. SRV, PSV, PRV VALVE —Pre testing, Dismantling, Lapping & assembling with pneumatic testing.

HEAT EXCHANGER:

In Shell & Tube type Exchangers, Removing and replacing parts Channel Cover, Stationary Head Channel, Tube Sheet, Shell Flange, Baffles, Tube, Shell, Floating Head, and Floating Head Flange. And worked in U-Type, Plate Type also. VESSEL & COLUMNS:

Internal cleaning of vessels and install internal scaffolding for checking and removal of demister pad and internal weld joints buffing for QC inspection, de-blinding the inlet and outlet nozzles and box up total manhole of vessel after client approval. Removal & Reinstallation including Instrumentation, Valves sizes varying from 3/4" to 58" (Control valves, manual valves, Pressure relief valves butterfly valve and pressure safety valves etc.

FIRE & GAS EOUIPMENTS:

Dry Chemical powder and C02 Fire Water sprinkler system, fusible plugs, deluge valve, foam tank, fire & gas panel, automatic / manually release system, fire and gas detectors, H2S & flare fuel gas system and water seal.

SAFETY:

H2S safety using crow can Gas Tester (CH4, H2S).

Fire Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & C02) using in are classification of fusible plug and deluge valve operation.

Experience in Firewater pumps operation, Breathing Apparatus and life safety jackets. Gas, Smoke & heat detector operation. Head and Electronic Monitory System. PERSONEL DETAILS: -
