As a food Technologist we are responsible for food safety specially in a field of work like food industry, this is the main task when it comes to monitoring food shelf-life activity etc. We usually work in a factory as a Quality Controller/ Quality Assurance. I graduated with an academic achievement award and the best thesis awardee with my group.
