At this location I took on the role of helping the restaurant. Most times I was the only waitress in the whole restaurant managing the whole restaurant with my managers. It was a great experience that helped me learn how to manage time and work well with people in high pressure situations.

My first Applebee's location I learned multiple roles before becoming a server. I did takeout, prep, hosting, expo, I even cooked in fry during rushes. I helped with dishes and keeping the restaurant look nice on the outside as well by gardening and decorating. I really enjoyed helping everyone and it really taught me how to be a selfless person more.
Walmart, Bradley IL — Apparel

My role was to keep the apparel section clean and neatly folded. I answered fashion questions and helped people find the right size for their clothes. I helped other departments clean and put items back in the proper place and barcode. I worked in online grocery pickup when needed and gave the customers the proper item. I helped put items on clearance and design end caps for the store as well.

PROJECTS
Babysitting — Side Job
Although I do plan on expanding in the future when I have the proper certificates I do babysit two kids, and my own two year old, when needed. I have a lot of confidence babysitting babies, but I do baby sit a little boy with severe autism. He’s a brilliant three year old boy and he has taught me so much about life. I love practicing meditations and breathing practices and playing fun games with him to get his mind off of things. Being able to help him calm down in an overstimulating environment is such a good feeling.

My best skill is the ability to read the room and help when needed.
Side work and overtime is something I believe is important. I am willing to put in a lot of effort.
I have great communication/ listening skills and can properly organize/follow a plan between a group of people.
