Developed a custom ALV report to display multi-level BOM using recursive logic for materials and components using tables like STPO, STPU, MAST, MARA, and STKO.
Implemented dynamic selection screen to filter by Material Number, Plant, BOM Usage, and Valid From date.
Enhanced existing standard BOM reports with user exits and BADIs to add custom fields like material group or component status.
Created SmartForms for printing BOM structure, with header and nested item hierarchy, including quantity, unit, and material description.
Worked on BOM Change Tracking Report to compare two versions of a BOM and highlight differences in components or quantities.
Applied performance tuning (secondary indexes, FOR ALL ENTRIES, buffering) to optimize retrieval of large BOM datasets.
Coordinated with functional consultants from PP/MM modules to finalize requirements and ensure alignment with standard SAP processes.
