Worked with and reported to Executive Managers in implementing training meetings, preparing promotional materials, as well as, preparing travel arrangements and fielding calls from customers and office personal.

Billing and Invoicing – Managed accounts payable and accounts receivables. Evaluated invoices and accounts for accuracy. Manual entry and electronic entry of invoices as needed. Processing of credits and debits for invoice corrections. Processing adjustments in association with cash applications (withholding tax /credit cards). Handling of client refund requests and recovery requests. Reviewing and responding to email requests. Perform special projects and analysis as requested.
