Set up a dedicated environment for remote backup of critical systems and to test, harden and maintain security of the corporate firewall. (BitDefender GravityZone Endpoint Detection and Response). Scanned for vulnerabilities daily and performed on-going threat hunting. Used nmap to scan for open ports.

Used Pulseway for remote control and patch management of systems. Upgraded firmware on the Internet of Things devices.

Set up Mobile Device Management using Miradore for users phones.

Office 365 administration including: set up users, out-of-office replies, mail accounts, set/reset passwords, configured spam filtering, performed message tracing, and used mail flow in Microsoft 365 to determine license upgrading.

Kept up-to-date extensive documentation and examined the log files.

Configured new systems with all updates, Bitlocker, set up power-on Remote Desktop Protocol from sleep on new and existing users with no help or documentation, and upgraded systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Created mapped drives and installed network printers.
