Qualifications
I was in retail since the fall of 2005 through August 2021, mostly in areas with emphasis in technology. Over my career, I was parts of strong & cohesive teams, both small & large. My sixteen years in the customer service industry allowed me to to work with & learn from highly productive teams

2001-2005: I went to CSU where I was working toward a Liberal Arts degree with Arts and Humanities emphasis and a Religious Studies minor.

Experience
June 2007-August 2021: Specialist, Apple Store
For fourteen years I worked for the Apple Store Twenty-ninth Street.
After a few months as a Specialist, I transitioned to our Inventory team. There I spent time learning to receive, count & deliver product to our customers. After a time I returned to the sales floor & became a Specialist again, where I twice exceeded a million dollars in yearly sales for our store. I was later promoted to Expert, a lead roll at Apple. As an Expert I was able to help drive sales & mentor the team. These rolls have helped me gain strong knowledge of both the customer & product journeys in our store..
October 2006-June 2007: Customer Specialist, Best Buy
I worked in the Digital Technologies Department, selling a wide array of electronics including cameras, cell phones & computers. I spent most of my time in the computers area helping customers find a solution that best suited their needs.
November 2005-October 2006: Sales Clerk, Sharper Image
I worked at the Sharper Image for 11 months learning to sell a wide range of products including iPod related items, Ionic Breezes, Massage Chairs, and many other things. I had a strong group of coworkers who were all focused on the same goal.
