Client: NESTE Oil Singapore Pte Ltd (Nov 24 to at present) Duties and Responsibilities:

Part of Project management team reporting to Project Manager.

Arrange the relevant Training for the work crew (SIC, Inhouse Training)

To review the SOW and Contractual documents and tender clarification of the project

Conduct the KOM and prepare the presentation for construction studies for the each critical works to client.

Conduct regular meetings and receive / record MOM from package vendor

To assist to costing team for budget preparing based on Tender costing breakdown.

Evaluation with different vendor for them scope of work and work completion.

Preparation of Method Statements & Risk Assessments for various installation works.

Preparation of Lifting Plan, Rescue Plan and other project deliverables.

Coordinate with QC and safety team to share the work scope and work together.

Conduct Material Take off (MTO) and management of list of Materials, to follow up the procurement to deliver.

Materials Purchase as per the project requirement, and Ensure Materials availability at site.

Preparation, Implementation and follow up the Project Execution schedule and report.

Monitoring the progress of Engineering Drawing & project fabrication works

Monitoring and assist of site construction team for installation, Testing, Commissioning works.

Identify Engineering problems and ensure solution are implemented.

Project, Co-ordinate with Clients, Procurement, Engineering and Sub – Contractor.

Follow up the Schedule, coordinate and Monitor, practices QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification.

Organizes documents required to pull out the spool from fabrication shop to paint shop and arrange the painting inspection coordinate with client.

Arrange the site walk and attend the weekly progress meeting with client and Quality personnel review the report get feedback from them and improve the progress/work accordingly.

To prepare the Test package and Tie in list for commissioning.

To plan the hydro test and prepare the required fittings and equipment’s are readily available on time at site.

To arrange the pre-PSSR and final walkdown for the package and Handover to client.

Preparation of Variation order and quotation if the job is in out of scope.

To attend the tender sites walk, to understand the works scope and report to Project Manager for prepare cost for Quote submission.

Prepare the Budgetary quote for new tender and submit to PM for review.

Co-ordinate with third party to get the quote for other trade work & Equipment cost, for tender submission.
