I started with Genpact in November of 2018 (was part of the rebadge from Walmart). At the time of the transition and for approximately one year after, I was a WorkFlow Coordinator over the Warehouse Disputes team.
The Warehouse disputes team resolved disputes for suppliers in the Disputes portal. I assisted other associates with questions and assisted suppliers with resolving issues they could not resolve in the portal.
I also performed quality checks on associates on a regular basis. Assisted with transitioning the disputes team to Noida, India. Once the process transitioned away, I became a member of the WRAP team (Walmart Receiving Accuracy Program).
While on that team, I assisted suppliers in the program with improving their accuracy score in deliveries to the stores. Created graphs and charts detailing a supplier's accuracy over a certain timeframe. Was on that team for approximately 8 months.
Another new team was created, SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Program) and I was moved to that team where I am currently a WorkFlow Coordinator.

Held this position from 2013 to 2018, when Accounts Payable was outsourced to Genpact. As a Workflow Coordinator, I assisted my Warehouse team with claims sent in by suppliers. Was responsible for measuring the workload weekly and handing out the claims to associates. Also trained new associates, performed Quality Checks on new and seasoned associates, worked disputes, handled supplier calls and closed Oracle tickets from suppliers and warehouses. Assisted with the creation of the Disputes Portal and was part of the testing of it. Trained the associates on how to use the portal.
